Porch Light Holdings LLC was founded in 2021 by Clayton Baughman to bring quality, well-managed rental housing to families across Northwest Ohio. We started with a simple promise: to treat every property as if our own family lived there and to be the landlord we always wished we had as tenants.
Today we own and professionally manage 10 rentals across Tiffin and Fremont. We still live in the area, answer our own phones, and believe having a good landlord can mean the difference between a place to sleep and a place to call home. Partners with Rent Redi to modernize rent collection and improve the tenant experience.
Acquires 512 North Park Avenue in Fremont — the company’s first multifamily property and first property in Fremont.
Purchases 1208 West State Street in Fremont.
Adopts REI Hub to simplify bookkeeping and financial reporting.
Acquires 1328 Cherry Street in Fremont using seller financing, bringing the portfolio to 10 rental units.
